Before

As with any medical grade treatment, bruising can happen. Here are some tips to avoid potential bruising:

1

Drink lots of water in the days prior to your appointment.

2

Take arnica tablets two days before and after treatment. You can find these at most health food stores.

3

Avoid alcohol a day or two before your treatment (sorry!)

4

Avoid Aspirin, Ibuprofen, fish oil, and Vitamin E for 10-14 days prior to treatment.

CHECKING IN

We know firsthand that L.A. traffic is a drag, so we appreciate it when you arrive on time! When you enter the boutique, check in with one of our client coordinators. We’ll ask you to answer just a few questions before we bring you into one of our private treatment rooms.

DURING

Your comfort during your appointment is our number one priority. Thirsty? We have refreshments. Cold? We have blankets. Just let us know what you need!

After

After your appointment, we’ll give you a ring to check in and see how you’re doing. You can always call or email us too!

If you received an injectable treatment, we’ll send you home with some ice. Keep the ice on the area of treatment after your appointment, and continue icing throughout the next few hours (20 minutes on, 20 minutes off). This will help with any swelling that may occur.

If you received a laser or microneedling treatment, use the skincare goodies we've recommended after your appointment as directed by your Facile provider.
